These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by SLS Helping Hands International

Services
Services are provided as non-medical household support and assistance, tailored to individual needs and routines.

Bookings
Appointments are arranged in advance, based on availability.

Payments
Payments are made in advance by bank transfer to the business account.

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged.

Limitations of Service
Services do not include medical care, diagnosis, treatment, nursing care or regulated healthcare services.

Liability
Reasonable care is taken during all services. SLS Helping Hands International is not responsible for circumstances outside its control.

Agreement
By using these services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
